Fans of the CW teenage drama television series One Tree Hill are looking forward with anticipation to the show’s upcoming fifth season. Significant new developments are on the horizon, as the series continues to focus on the everyday lives and personal trials of the young brothers Nathan and Lucas, along with their peers in the wake of their finishing college. While season 5 is still set to premiere next year on January 2, 2008, series cast member Hilarie Burton recently spoke with TV Guide in an interview that covered her personal thoughts and opinions on the future season, as well as what’s in store for the character that she plays.
