Years ago I was chatting to a zoologist, as you do, and she was telling me how they fasted the animals one day a week. All of them.
Apparently it increases their life spans by about 20% and not only that, the health and vitality of the animal improves also. Since then, what I’ve discovered has taken me to the point that I look at fasting only slightly behind great nutrition as one of the most essential elements of health. read more »
